This allows a buyer to skip the auction process<\/strong> and purchase the vehicle immediately at the listed price (plus closing fees).<\/p>

Once the purchase is completed and payment clears<\/strong>:<\/p>

\u00a0– The vehicle is officially yours<\/p>

\u00a0– The listing is removed from the site<\/p>

\u00a0– The auction ends immediately<\/p>

This is the fastest way to secure a vehicle before other bidders.<\/p>

No Reserve Auctions<\/h2>

A No Reserve<\/strong> auction means the vehicle will sell to the highest bidder regardless of price<\/strong>. These are marked on the listings and thumbnails of the vehicles as seen above.<\/p>

\u00a0– The highest bid when the auction ends wins the vehicle<\/strong><\/p>

\u00a0– These vehicles are clearly marked with a No Reserve icon<\/strong><\/p>

No Reserve auctions are often the best opportunity to get a vehicle at a significant discount<\/strong>.<\/p>

Reserve Auctions<\/h2>

Some vehicles have a Reserve Price<\/strong> set by the seller. These will be any vehicle WITHOUT a “No Reserve” badge.<\/p>

A reserve is the minimum price the seller is willing to accept<\/strong> for the vehicle.<\/p>

\u00a0– If bidding does not meet the reserve<\/strong>, the seller may decline the sale<\/p>

If the auction ends and the highest bid is still below the reserve, the listing will show:<\/p>

On Approval<\/h2>

On Approval<\/strong> means the auction has ended, but the highest bid did not reach the seller\u2019s reserve price<\/strong>.<\/p>

When this happens:<\/p>

1. The highest bidder is notified of the reserve price.<\/p>

2. The bidder can choose to increase their final offer<\/strong>.<\/p>

3. We present the final offer to the seller.<\/p>

The seller then has the option to:<\/p>

\u00a0– Dealer trade-ins – Dealers accept trade-ins when their customers buy new cars. Remarket Space specializes in selling these vehicles for them.<\/p>

Vehicles sourced from dealerships are labeled Premium Direct<\/strong>.<\/p>

These vehicles are typically:<\/p>

\u00a0– Well-maintained<\/p>

\u00a0– Recent trade-ins from dealerships<\/p>

\u00a0– Have a reserve price<\/p>

\u00a0– Are located at the dealership, not at Remarket Space’s lot<\/p>

How the Live Auction Works<\/h1>

Each listing has a scheduled time when the live auction begins<\/strong>.<\/p>

Before the live auction starts, users can place bids normally, similar to platforms like eBay.<\/p>

When the auction start time arrives, the vehicle enters the Live Auction phase<\/strong>, where:<\/p>

\u00a0– Bidding becomes fast-paced<\/strong><\/p>

\u00a0– Users compete in real-time<\/strong><\/p>

\u00a0– Each bid resets a countdown timer<\/strong><\/p>

Once the timer runs out:<\/p>
