Two changes coming to Remarket Space

Our Elk River lot goes delivery-only, and Power Buyers get three new perks. Here's what it means for you and what to do this week.

  • Thursday, Oct 8: last day the Elk River lot is open to visitors.
  • Friday, Oct 9: the lot closes to the public. Every vehicle is delivered and every payment is made online.
  • Friday, Oct 9: new Power Buyer perks go live.

FOR EVERY BUYER

The Elk River lot goes delivery-only

Starting Friday, October 9, the lot at 9643 161st Ave NW in Elk River is closed to the public, whether or not you’re a Power Buyer.

  • Every vehicle is delivered to you. No need to make the drive out.
  • Payment moves online. In-person payment by cashier's check or money order ends October 9.
  • Lot pickup and in-person inspections end for all buyers.

Three new perks, live October 9

Negotiate Buy Now prices

See a Buy Now you like? Make an offer instead of paying the listed price or waiting for the auction. You name the number, we take it to the seller.

See reserves before the auction

Know the seller's floor before bidding opens, so you can focus on the cars that are actually in reach.

Priority same-day delivery

Win it, and your delivery jumps the queue, with same-day delivery when routes allow. Standard delivery rates apply.

Common questions

Can I still visit the lot?

Yes, through Thursday, October 8. Starting Friday, October 9, the lot is closed to the public and every vehicle is delivered.

I already won a car that’s still at the lot. What do I do?

Call 763-202-7252 or email support@remarketspace.com before Thursday, October 8, and we’ll arrange delivery.

How do I pay now?

All payments are made online starting October 9. In-person payment by cashier’s check or money order is no longer accepted.

What happened to the old Power Buyer perks?

Lot pickup, in-person inspections and in-person payment retire on October 9 for all buyers. They’re replaced by Buy Now offers, early reserves and priority delivery.

Does priority delivery cost extra?

Priority same-day delivery is a Power Buyer perk. Standard delivery rates apply.

How do I become a Power Buyer?

Licensed dealers qualify automatically. Everyone else qualifies after three lifetime purchases on Remarket Space.
