How can I sell my car?
Sign your title as the seller, then drop off your vehicle any time — no appointment needed. Scan the QR code at drop-off to fill out our vehicle form, set your Buy Now price and reserve (or go no-reserve for maximum attention), and our team takes it from there. Do I need a dealer license to bid?
No. Our platform is open to the general public and licensed dealers alike. All you need is a valid, government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport). Dealers will also need their dealer license on file.
Can I retract a bid after placing it?
No — all bids are binding. If you win, you’re contractually obligated to complete the purchase, so double-check before you bid.
Can I test drive a vehicle in person?
We don’t currently offer in-person test drives. Instead, every listing includes a detailed condition report and a virtual test drive video so you can evaluate the vehicle closely before bidding.
When will I receive my title?
For Minnesota buyers, expect 1–3 months to receive the title from the state. Non-Minnesota buyers and dealers typically see processing within 31 days. For updates on a specific vehicle, reach out to our support team directly.
Can I get my vehicle delivered?
Yes — every vehicle includes a Hassle-Free Delivery quote. Delivery within the Twin Cities area typically takes 1–5 business days; outside the metro, plan on 1–7 business days. Our drivers will reach out when they’re on the way.
Can I inspect a vehicle before paying?
Inspections are permitted while the auction is live. Once the auction ends and you’ve won, further inspection isn’t available until payment is complete — so take the time to inspect or view the vehicle before you bid.
Is a warranty available?
Yes. Warranty packages start at $399, with coverage ranging from 3 months/3,000 miles up to 5 years/unlimited miles. Contact our support team for details.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can use up to two payment methods per purchase: cash (under $500), credit/debit card (a 3% fee applies to card payments of $5,000 or more), Venmo, CashApp, wire transfer, or a cashier’s check made payable to us. Dealers can also use AFC Floor Plan or NextGear Capital financing.
What fees should I expect when buying?
Expect a buyer’s premium, an administrative fee, and any applicable DMV charges. Reach out to our team for a full fee breakdown before you bid.
