Welcome to Remarket Space
Welcome to Remarket Space, an online marketplace and public auto auction designed to give everyday buyers access to dealer-level pricing.
We’ve sold more than 10,000 vehicles by creating a transparent and trustworthy buying experience. Every listing includes helpful details such as:
– Full vehicle inspections
– Video test drives
– Dedicated customer support
These tools help you feel confident when purchasing a vehicle online.
Remarket Space allows the public to purchase vehicles at wholesale prices — the same pricing dealerships receive.
Because our platform works a little differently from a traditional dealership or marketplace, this guide will help you understand exactly how buying through our auctions works.
Ways to Buy a Vehicle
Buy It Now

Some vehicles include a Buy It Now price. Marked on the website as seen above.
This allows a buyer to skip the auction process and purchase the vehicle immediately at the listed price (plus closing fees).
Once the purchase is completed and payment clears:
– The vehicle is officially yours
– The listing is removed from the site
– The auction ends immediately
This is the fastest way to secure a vehicle before other bidders.
No Reserve Auctions

A No Reserve auction means the vehicle will sell to the highest bidder regardless of price. These are marked on the listings and thumbnails of the vehicles as seen above.
Key points:
– There is no minimum sale price
– The highest bid when the auction ends wins the vehicle
– These vehicles are clearly marked with a No Reserve icon
No Reserve auctions are often the best opportunity to get a vehicle at a significant discount.
Reserve Auctions

Some vehicles have a Reserve Price set by the seller. These will be any vehicle WITHOUT a “No Reserve” badge.
A reserve is the minimum price the seller is willing to accept for the vehicle.
Important details:
– The reserve amount is not publicly displayed
– If bidding does not meet the reserve, the seller may decline the sale
– Vehicles with reserves do not show the No Reserve icon
How Do You Know If the Reserve Has Been Met?
During the live auction, the platform will indicate if the reserve has not yet been met.
If the auction ends and the highest bid is still below the reserve, the listing will show:
“On Approval”
On Approval
On Approval means the auction has ended, but the highest bid did not reach the seller’s reserve price.
When this happens:
1. The highest bidder is notified of the reserve price.
2. The bidder can choose to increase their final offer.
3. We present the final offer to the seller.
The seller then has the option to:
– Accept the offer and complete the sale
– Decline the offer
Premium Direct Vehicles

Remarket Space sources inventory from several places, including:
– Vehicle donations – Some vehicles are donated to Remarket Space to be sold for charity. When purchased, the buyer receives a charitable donation certificate from the associated nonprofit.
– Our own purchasing – Remarket Space purchases vehicles from dealer-only wholesale sites to sell to the public.
– Dealer trade-ins – Dealers accept trade-ins when their customers buy new cars. Remarket Space specializes in selling these vehicles for them.
Vehicles sourced from dealerships are labeled Premium Direct.
These vehicles are typically:
– High-quality
– Well-maintained
– Recent trade-ins from dealerships
– Have a reserve price
– Are located at the dealership, not at Remarket Space’s lot
How the Live Auction Works
Each listing has a scheduled time when the live auction begins.
Before the live auction starts, users can place bids normally, similar to platforms like eBay.
When the auction start time arrives, the vehicle enters the Live Auction phase, where:
– Bidding becomes fast-paced
– Users compete in real-time
– Each bid resets a countdown timer
Once the timer runs out:
– The highest bidder wins the vehicle, or
– The vehicle moves to On Approval if the reserve was not met.
