How Financing Works, Step by Step

Find a Vehicle
Browse Remarket Space listings and find a vehicle you want to bid on. Review the Condition Report carefully before applying.

Apply Online
Complete the short credit application. Select Kara L as your Finance Manager and enter Remarket Space as the dealer.

Get Pre-Approved
AppCore calls within 24 business hours with your pre-approval, loan terms, and a potential max bid.

Win & Sign
Win your auction. Complete a post-purchase call within 48 hours to finalize terms and sign digitally.
5
Verify & Fund
After delivery, complete a quick verification call. AppCore pays Remarket Space directly — nothing out of pocket beyond your down payment.
Important timing: You must be reachable within 24 hours of AppCore's callback — unanswered calls result in auto-decline. After winning, complete your post-purchase call within 48 hours and your vehicle verification call within 24 hours of delivery, or the deal may be nullified. Callback hours: Mon–Fri 10am–6pm · Sat 10am–2pm.

- Credit score of 550 or higher
- Buyers with zero credit history using an ITIN number
- Wheeled vehicles — cars, trucks, SUVs, vans
- Drivable vehicles with all condition issues fully disclosed
- Prior salvage-title (rebuilt) vehicles
- High-mileage diesel vehicles — evaluated case-by-case
- Financed amounts of $6,000+ including all fees & shipping
- Applicants with a co-signer if credit score is below 550
✗ Not Eligible
- Credit scores below 550 without a co-signer
- Vehicles with a salvage title at the time of sale
- Boats, snowmobiles, or other non-wheeled vehicles
- Vehicles that are not drivable at the time of sale
- Financed amounts below $6,000 including all fees
- Non-wheeled/non-gas vehicles (per lender availability)
- Buyers who miss required callback windows
- Vehicles without a signed Remarket Space condition report
Vehicle Requirements
What AppCore Will Finance

| Minimum Finance Amount | $6,000 — must include all fees, lender charges, and shipping costs |
| Maximum Finance Amount | No cap. AppCore can structure deals for any vehicle value above the minimum. |
| Vehicle Condition | Must be drivable at time of sale. All known mechanical issues, cosmetic damage, and defects must be fully disclosed by Remarket Space prior to closing. |
| Vehicle Type | Wheeled vehicles only (cars, trucks, SUVs, vans). Boats, snowmobiles, and similar are not currently financeable through AppCore. |
| Title Status | Salvage titles at time of sale are not eligible. Prior-salvage (rebuilt) titles are acceptable. |
| Mileage Limit | 200,000 miles for non-diesel vehicles. Higher-mileage diesel vehicles are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. |
| Disclosure Requirement | A signed Remarket Space vehicle disclosure/condition report is required for every financed unit. AppCore will not fund without this document. |

Government-Issued Photo ID
Driver's license, state ID, US passport, or military ID. Must not be expired.
SSN or ITIN
Social Security Number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number. Both accepted.
Proof of Income
Most recent pay stub. If self-employed: 3 months of bank statements.
Proof of Residence
Utility bill dated within 30 days showing your name and current address.
Current Auto Insurance
Active policy in your name. Full coverage required — max $1,000 deductible on comprehensive & collision.
Additional Stips (if requested)
Your Finance Manager may request employment verification or a lender welcome call depending on your application.
